John Perrier Running to Replace Guglielmo
Former Stafford Selectman John Perrier has announced that he is running to replace State Senator Tony Guglielmo in the 35th district. Guglielmo is retiring after more than 25 years of representing the district. If Perrier wins, he will be the first Democrat in the seat in more than two decades. We are excited that he is stepping up to run.
John Perrier is a lifelong resident of Stafford, where he lives with his wife and their daughter who is attending UCONN. He has served on the Stafford Board of Selectmen, Board of Education, and was an alternate to the Planning and Zoning Commission. He operates New England Green Homes, a successful small business, which he founded in 2009.
